Great Lakes Forever is managed by Biodiversity Project , a Madison-based non-profit environmental communications group. The following staff members are employed by Biodiversity Project and working, at least in part, on the Great Lakes Forever progam:

Willow Russell. As Biodiversity Project's Program Director, Willow plays a leading role in managing our Great Lakes Forever project. Willow has a BA in Environmental Studies from Hampshire College (2000) and an MS in Conservation Biology and Sustainable Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies (2006).

Jennifer Browning. As Biodiversity Project's Executive Director, Jennifer oversees Great Lakes Forever program development. She is a fifteen year veteran in the field of environmental education and communication. For the past ten years she has been the President of Quercus Consulting and has worked with more than 25 organizations assisting them with their communication and education needs. Jennifer holds a BS in Biology from the University of Illinois.
 
Brenna Wanous. As Biodiversity Project's Program Assistant, Brenna helps manage projects within Great Lakes Forever. She also works as the manager of the Great Lakes Town Hall . She received her undergraduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in International Studies, Environmental Studies, and Geography in 2008.
